Built in 1966 when
America was building its best, Troy Towers convereted
from rental to a cooperatively owned residence
in 1983.
Designed at the time with modern lines and conveniences
and highly efficient use of space, for over
40 years Troy Towers has been continually updated
and maintained to compete with newer entries
in the Hudson County area. A welcoming fountain
in front, generously-sized sundeck and swimming
pool, and elegant metal and mosaic murals in
the lobby offer a distinct flair.
